CITIZEN Mechanical NK5020-58P Features
The Zenshin 60 combines classic proportions with modern styling in CITIZEN’s proprietary Super Titanium™, a material that is five times harder and 40 percent lighter than stainless steel while also being scratch resistant and corrosion resistant. The 40.5 mm silver tone case is finished with fine brushing and polishing and is complemented by an integrated matching bracelet for a sleek and contemporary look. Beneath the sapphire crystal, the gradient copper dial is detailed with a white outer minute ring, silver tone accents, and luminous hands and markers. An off center sub dial indicates the running time, adding distinction and emphasizing the mechanical movement within. Powered by an automatic movement, the watch offers a 60 hour power reserve. It is water resistant to 100 meters. At its core is Caliber 8322, delivering precision and durability in a modern sport luxury timepiece.
Zenshin – in Japanese, this means progress, improvement or advancement. This was precisely the aspiration behind the world’s first titanium watch, which Citizen presented in 1970.
And it was this same philosophy that led to exceptional manufacturing expertise and in-house developments such as Super Titanium™ and Duratect over the following 55 years.
At Citizen, these in an especially durable watch made of titanium are suitable for everyday use – they are light, hypoallergenic, robust and scratch-resistant.
- 21 jewels

About CITIZEN Mechanical NK5020-58P
History of Citizen
The company was founded in 1930 by Japanese and Swiss investors. It took over Shokosha Watch Research Institute (founded in 1918) and some facilities of the assembly plant opened in Yokohama in 1912 by the Swiss watchmaker Rodolphe Schmid.
The brand Citizen was first registered in Switzerland by Schmid in 1918 for watches he sold in Japan. The development of this brand was supported in the 1920s by Count Gotō Shinpei with his hope that watches could become affordable to the general public. The growth of Citizen until World War II relied on technology transfer from Switzerland.
